Bought a house early this year and the previous owners gave us receipts for everything done by Jim and dudes. Our ignitor went out and we noticed there was a receipt that indicated it was replaced 1 month ago. Called up Jim and dudes and explained we just bought the house and wondered if warranty would transfer. He said “yeah we can do that for you.” Well great. Went out again 2 weeks later and now they say they can’t cover it because it wasn’t us that owned the house the first time it happened even though previously they covered it. He said he would call me back later and let me know what he figured out. He NEVER CALLED BACK. horrible service. I would highly recommend you get your services done elsewhere.
Called Jim & Dudes plumbing for an estimate to get some plumbing work done in our bathroom when he finally came out to give me an estimate he said he would email us the estimate within the week it’s been 2-3 weeks and I haven’t received an estimate and I have called twice trying to get it and no one returned my call I will never use this company again! What ever happened to customer service?

took him too long to find out the problem, and it's not good for us since they charge by the hour. didn't even discuss what he gonna do...(cleaning, waiting, ...), didn't give a good answer when I asked.
finally, it costs close to $350 and the machine only worked for another 2 weeks. I opened the panel and see right away what's wrong....but he only found out after cleaning, run back and forth, waiting , and I paid for those. He made it working but doesn't seem like enough for a year or two (as he said). If the over $300 bill is for 2 weeks, who would do that?
I had a plumbing emergency in my home. Called and talked to Don. They juggled me into their schedule, sent someone and have me an accurate estimate and completed the work in a timely manner for a reasonable cost. I am not disappointed in anyway.
Nice people and fixed my furnace issue cheaper and quicker than the other people I had come check my furnace.
