Staff was great and we had a great experience kayaking for the first time. Can't wait to do it again this year!
The water has too many weeds/plants/algae. The staff and boats and cost were fine but we were miserable today trying to paddle through all that stuff. There are way better places in SE MN to go canoeing.

I've only been on field trips when I've gone here but the staff seem pretty nice
I didn't visit the boathouse, but the dog park next to it. That is great. A large well fenced spot with water and good shade.
