The experience was horrible. The worst customer service ever. Employee named Ann was rude, forgot parts of our orders, and when we come to ask for what we paid for she just says "I know." We were pretty much the only customers in the store and we waited for 40 minutes for ice cream. And after waiting for 2 large fries I asked about it after 20 minutes and they hadn't dropped them yet. Employee Ann was deleting orders so orders were lost for her time to be better. My sister got her ice cream from her order and then had to ask for her burger that they had completely forgotten to even make. The two male workers were very nice and respectful! Also the ice cream cones looked like poop and we falling over. One of our blizzards were made completely wrong. The restaurant was very dirty. I won't be going back there EVER.
Dirty, smelly, right off the bat. Poor young woman trying to take orders didn't know anything. Waited forever until we heard staff ask about how the smoothie I ordered should be made. I will say, the refund was made quickly and with no resistance. I suspect that happens a lot at this, the worst DQ in human history.
Bad experience for one of my favorite chain places to eat. Eh. Long lines. Long wait. Food was nuked. Buns were going stale. Veggies were going rotten. All but the grill guy seemed unorganized. They tried to make up for the wait with free ice creams for the kids but they never came :(
Our server Tina was very nice. There was on my 3 people working and the place was packed. I felt bad but it took forever! Not the employees fault... the boss needs to hire more help
Not impressed. Sticky benches and floors. The food wasn't good. I had to repeat my order a few times to the person behind the counter. I would recommend finding another DQ.
Kids said were not going here again and this DQ, I agree.
