If you're looking for Harley Davidson apparel and accessories, there is a wide selection. The service department, not so much. We stopped in on our way back home to Michigan to have our bike looked at, (as it's still under warranty), the mechanic did everything in his power to not help us. He said they do not honor warranty cards from Harley Davidson (which I'll be calling about to their headquarters), and even said he wouldn't know the first thing to do with the warranty card, (even though there's a 800 number on the back of it), went on to say he hasn't any time to look at it, (but when we walked in he wasn't even working on a bike), and was a complete ass when all we were doing was asking for help. I recommend you take your bikes to LaCrosse, because that's what he's going to tell you to do, since his time is oh so precious. What a jerk!
Paid $15000 for a used Road Glide believing it was good to go. So far I have $4000 in repairs that they told me was already done. They might be ok for new bikes but I think I would have been better off buying a used bike off the street.
Good location just off of I-90. Modern large store. Lots of clothes and other Harley memorabilia.
Awesome selection of clothing and HD merchandise. Very well organized and displayed. Even has a decent selection of Women's sizes. I saw HD merchandise I haven't seen any where else. Kim was very courteous and helpful. She even double checked to make sure we checked out the clearance room before we left. I would definitely stop by here again the next time I am in the area.
