Staff at hotel was decent and the bar/grill connected was pretty pleasant overall. The rooms were OK at best. You can tell the property has some age to it and maintaience has been working constantly to keep things up to par. They are failing. Rooms get 1.5 out of 5 starts. We also found someone else's t shirt under one of the beds. Kinda weird.
The handle was broken in the ladies room. My aunt got stuck in a stall. None of the locks on the bathroom stalls worked. Food at my cousins wedding hit the tables cold including the brides. Several guests arrived to dirty, unclean rooms. One couple were shown 8 rooms before they found one they were willing to sleep in. They ran out of buns. The head table and most of the guests never got buns. Servers were great but it was 3 against 140 they were out numbered. The dinning area was crammed way way to tightly no one could get to their seats. Chicken was tough. Sauce was gross. At least they did ok on the green beans. Cold but eatable.
Friendly staff, I felt at home the minute I walked into the libby! The bar/restaurant was so convenient, I didn't have to leave for food or drinks! Enjoyed my stay and I will stay again the next time I'm in town!
Love this place, stay there every time in town. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are always clean and cozy. The bars a bonus. Would recommend staying here.
The last two visits now have been extremely disappointing. Last visit they had no hot water and offered $5 off the room. Looked into it again a few months later and they had no TV or Wifi! Going to the Comfort Inn next door
At check in, Brad was acting very unprofessional and rude. He even stated that all that he cared about was his food getting cold! Rooms were good, maintenance department was excellent! !!! Bar food good. Plain breakfast.
