Best Place for a new mattress. If you need a new bed America's mattress is the place to go. My husband and I purchased our new bed about a month ago and we have never slept better! The sales man was knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress to make both of us happy!
My sister and I came from out of state to visit our father. We needed a new mattress ASAP as we were only in town for 5 days. Alexander (store manager) was up to the task. Greeted us at the door when we arrived and introduced himself. Fast, friendly can't say enough. We got a great deal on our mattress and bed frame and the best part, he and the store owner personally delivered it that very evening! It was a Saturday and delivery people were not available. Our father was coming home from hospital Sunday and we wanted the mattress to be there when he arrived home. They arrived at 7:00 P.M. as promised. Couldn't be better...but yes they topped customer service when Sunday we needed to adjust the bed frame. Nicholas came after the store closed to adjust the frame!! Sunday night! His wife gave him a ride as his truck was in for service. By the way, this was a 35 minute ride from Albert Lea. Thank you all. If I need another mattress I know where I will be going.
The salesman is one of the best Ive ever dealt with. I have been in sales and customer service for 15 years. The salemen here gets it. Honest, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The mattress we got is a life changer.
