Very nice hotel! Warm chocolate chip cookies at check in! Jacuzzi suite was very nice and reasonably priced! The only complaint was when The garbage truck woke us up at 530am outside our window! Perfect location right off 35w and close to restaurants! Would definitely stay here again! Staff very helpful and friendly!
Rooms were small but clean and nice. Beds were terrible and not comfortable. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was above average.
We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus in Albert Lea while traveling from northern MN to IL! The hotel staff were exceptional! They were very friendly, helpful and attentive to all our needs! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was outstanding! We definitely will be staying at the Albert Lea Best Western again!! It was a great experience!!
Very comfortable bed and quiet rooms. Good breakfast selection (with TWO waffle makers and 2 types of waffle mix). Very polite staff.
They give you the best treatment ever. All you have to do is ask. Great breakfast all you want & the coffee is hot & delicious 24/7. I enjoyed the pool. I'm able to go out in the lobby & read the morning paper, while having my coffee. What a delightful place.
