If only they had a star for stay far far away. Random switches in the room I am convinced for the camera's in the room. Slept on top of the bed cover with our sweatshirts. Do not let anything touch the floor. Rude staff, not sure what the management situation is... between the two females they had half of a brain. One female continued to scratch her crotch in front of us....and "daddy" said she can change our room to smoking and she lit up like a Christmas tree. As we drive off early in the morning...the stalking management watched us ride away. Just another happy customer thankful they survived.
The 2 ladies at the front where incredibly rude. They threw my husbands license back at him. Gave him attitude the entire time. Basically threw a fit because we booked online. We should of read the review prior to booking the room but given the fact that we drove such long ways we just needed a good nights rest. After checking in we got online and then read the reviews. After seeing and also experiencing such horrible customer service we felt so uncomfortable and decided to leave. Screw the "NON-REFUNDABLE" part, I'm pregnant and I shouldn't have to feel afraid of where I rest my head at night.. I hope these people go out of business. Nobody deserves to be treated the way they treat their guest.. We are absoultey disappointed.
Ran well by on site management. Could use refurbishing and better Wifi!
Absolutely Rude
When we entered, my dad was at the front desk, and i was with my little brother and the two ladies at the front desk made a fuss because we paid online. My dad was asking to pay more for an upgrade for two beds. The ladies brought a man out and they started yelling at my dad almost. They were really rude so we left and went to country inn a block up the road. There were not many people in the parking lot of the motel so we were surprised that they told us to leave. Honestly, i would have been nicer to my costumers. They were really rude and i really recommend the place we went to. The people were kind and they served us a nice brekfast
My son almost dialed 911 because he thought we were in danger!
DON'T DO IT PEOPLE!! STAY FAR AWAY!!

After a ling fun day with the kids we stopped here for the night. I booked using the pricline app like i always do. Upon checking in i was told that my booking was not for a room with two beds but fir a double room? Confused and tired and shocked by the total rudeness of these people i was told to leave rather than accepting my offer for a upgrade. Seriously folks these people are prepared to argue and treat you rude. It felt like they hate people that visit them?
Luckily the hotel and suites up the street had a room for us!
