It's pretty bad when you are shivering in the hot tub because the water is so cold. Went back to my room to take a hot bath and warm up.. and theres no hot water in my room either.
Great experiences with the hotel & friendly and helpful staff. The lobby desk was very helpful with any questions or concerns we may have. We rated our experiences there a 5 stars!
Overall we really enjoyed our experience. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast, which included freshly made waffles, and pancakes , was quite good. Defiantly would stay there again!
